Enterprise SI

In development

Put enterprise knowledge to work at the point of decision.

We are developing Enterprise SI to bring runbooks, documents, workflow outputs, and prior resolutions into the decisions that move enterprise operations forward.

The goal: relevant evidence and a controlled choice of next steps, while your workflow engine retains scheduling and execution control.

Discuss your workflow

For automation engineers, platform teams, and knowledge owners connecting AI to real operational processes.

Planned decision flow
  1. 01 · Gather context

    Operational evidence

Runbooks, documents, workflow outputs, and prior resolutions.

  2. 02 · Inform the decision

    Enterprise SI

Relevant context and a recommendation within the workflow's permitted outcomes.

  3. 03 · Retain execution control

    Your workflow engine

Scheduling, dependencies, and execution stay with your existing orchestration.

Intended workflows

Where context changes the next step

These illustrative workflows describe the product direction under development, not currently available integrations or customer deployments.

Automation recovery

Resolve a failed automation run with the right context.

A job fails with an unfamiliar error. Bring its output together with the relevant runbook and previous resolutions, then propose a permitted next step: retry, stop, or escalate for review.

Keep the supporting sources with the recommendation; let the workflow engine control what runs next.

Exception handling

Make reconciliation exceptions reviewable.

A discrepancy interrupts a business process. Retrieve the applicable policy and operational evidence, evaluate only the outcomes the workflow allows, and return a structured recommendation.

Use a configured manual-review fallback when the response fails validation or the decision request times out.

Knowledge continuity

Carry operational knowledge across handoffs.

A recurring issue reaches a new operator or team. Find the relevant procedure and prior resolution alongside the current workflow output, with references to the source and version.

Give the next person a grounded starting point for their review.

Integration direction

Fit the automation estate you already have

For enterprise teams and delivery partners, the design separates responsibilities: Enterprise SI supplies context and a constrained recommendation; the workflow engine owns scheduling, dependencies, and execution.

The intended result is a clear place to add AI-assisted judgment within an established process.

Around existing orchestration
Our integration direction is to add contextual knowledge and controlled decision support around existing orchestration. Automic is the first planned adapter; REST and MCP are intended access paths for workflows and applications.
Direction for your environment
Deployment direction includes on-premises, local/offline, and cloud options, with model and provider choice. Supported configurations and integrations will be identified as they are validated.

Current stage

What is taking shape

Development has established initial components for decision validation, prompt composition, and indexing coordination. The complete indexing, retrieval, and decision workflow remains in development; production availability and supported integrations have not been announced.

Bring us the decision your workflow cannot make from rules alone.

Tell us what triggers it, which knowledge should inform it, and who must retain control. That is the starting point for a focused conversation about Enterprise SI.
